PAUL MN- December 2006 LL.M ADR (ARBITRATION, MEDIATION) with Intellectual Property Rights, Internal Human Rights, International Environment Law, Comparative constitution, Online dispute resolution and International dispute resolution.Graduated on December 2006,Certified Mediator in State of Minnesota in USA and licensed mediator in India.

Member of the ADR chapter in Hamline university school of law.Empaneled Arbitrator in High Court of Kerala,in India,empaneled conciliator in comercial Court at Ernakulam in kerala,India.Accredided mediator and empaneled mediator Kerala Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Mr. Shaji Pattali Ramakrishnan got enrolled in the roll of advocates of Kerala Bar Council in 1993. Life Member of High Court of Kerala advocate's bar association.

Mr. Shaji Pattali Ramakrishnan has experience in litigation, arbitration, mediation and legal consultancy since 1993. He served various companies and financial institutions and government bodies as a standing counsel and legal retainer.
